The founder of Safe in Sound. An idea that became a reality, Rich is taking the #LIVE75 movement and 7RAN5MISSION live to the heart of the community. With a background in Music Tech, Graphic Design and mental health support in young adults. These disciplines led Rich to visualize the concept.
Richard identified that the power of lyrics within music can act as a methodology of communication to identify feelings and breakdown the mental health barriers in men to end stigma, isolation and judgement.

Adrian Rose founded Humble Minded Mentors Ltd and is a founding member of Kids Company. Providing specialized support across various social topics, including mental health and homelessness.
Adrian recognized the real potential in our movement when he saw that using lyrics as a method of language with the music, it can significantly reduce the barriers men face.
